Modern Supply Chain Management is characterized by the integration of technical and business aspects. New logistic management concepts can only be established through new technical support and only technical solutions enable new logistic approaches. This Master program therefore focuses on conveying the interface know-how from both the business and the technical point of view and combines it to an overall concept. Due to this integrated concept, graduates are qualified to assume management tasks in logistics (so-called senior level).

The program imparts key knowledge and skills in operational management as well as digital and automation infrastructure. It covers the essential business concepts for creating, implementing and controlling the supply chain. In addition, recent trends and technologies in procurement and automation are introduced, especially with regard to their capacity of increasing flexibility and speed of the supply chain. In this context, students learn how to collect and process data for identifying and steering logistic processes, including digitalization and Logistics 4.0
